Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken tikka masala is a typical Indian dish you can serve for any occasion as it is very rich in flavours, super nutritious and a low-cost meal. The most important part of the recipe is marinating the meat, as it will give it that particular taste that everyone loves. The mix of spices used is called garam masala, a blend of pepper, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg, and is widely used in Indian cuisine. Use all the spices as indicated, and remember to leave the meat marinating overnight.
