Ingredients

- 1 Brioche bread
- 100 ml milk
- 2 large eggs
- 80 g butter
- Blueberries, to taste
- Maple syrup, to taste
Instructions
- Add milk, eggs and a pinch of salt to a plate.
- Mix well with a fork.
- Slice the bread and coat it well on both sides with egg mixture.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet and fry bread slices on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve topped with blueberries and maple syrup.
- Enjoy!

- You can also add fresh strawberries or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
